Review winter 2019/20

The winter of 2019/20 was the second warmest since weather records began. still
it was only warmer in the winter of 2006/07. In terms of precipitation, there were large regional ones
Differences. In Coswig the precipitation balance of the past winter was almost
balanced (excess only +2 mm). This warm winter turned out in ours
Overall, the room is by no means too wet, as in many other regions
of Germany.
